Pre-implementation analysis

is an introduction to the implementation of software in the enterprise and is of key importance in the preparation of the entire process. Planning of all the activities in the framework of the project and selection of teams responsible for its implementation, both on the side of NAV24 and the client, occur on the basis of the analysis. As part of the analysis, a series of workshop meetings takes place during which all of the business processes models in the client's organization are prepared. At this stage a full List of the processes covered by the system and the Project Card containing the exact schedule, products and stages of implementation along with the budgets are created. As part of the pre-implementation analysis, a project Plan along with a problem register and a list of data migration are created.

The implementation of the ERP system consists of three stages:


01. Design

The first stage of system implementation, during which the project team develops a project to implement solutions that are a response to the client's business needs identified in the analysis phase. At this stage, system test environments are created, which are then configured to suit specific requirements. A plan for implementing individual solutions and a so-called Functional test sheet are also created.

02. Construction

The stage, during which individual components of the ERP system are created, defined and approved at the analysis stage. At that time all required functionalities, the data migration process and interfaces are created. After completing the construction phase, we have a ready, fully configured system, which is then subject to detailed acceptance tests carried out by key users from the customer team.

03. Start-up

At this stage of implementation, the processes are transferred to the new Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. The NAV24 implementation team conducts training on its use for system users. On both sides, final tests of system operation are carried out. A so-called Checklist is also created. After the final approval of the correctness of operation, the final data migration to the production version and the system start-up takes place.
