Pre-implementation analysis
Pre-implementation analysis is an introduction to the utilisation of Business Central software in a company and is of key importance in preparing the entire implementation process.
All project activities are planned based on the Pre-implementation analysis result. It provides the opportunity to choose the teams responsible for the implementation - for all involved parties (i.e Nav24 and the client).
As part of the analysis, a series of workshop meetings is held, during which some, or all, of the business processes in the client's organisation are developed.
At this stage, a full list of processes covered by the system and a project report are created, containing a detailed schedule, products and implementation stages along with costs. As part of the pre-implementation analysis, a project plan is also created along with a register of potential problems and a list of data migrations.
